We have a vast network of nannies suited to every type of employment within the field. We always evaluate each family's individual requirements on a unique case by case basis as this allows us to tailor our work accordingly and ensure we find the perfect fit for every family.

However, our network of nannies is usually suited to the below type roles:

- Permanent full-time or part-time live in and live out nannies

- Temporary/short-term roles

- Travelling roles

- Ad hoc babysitting

All our nannies are thoroughly vetted. All nannies will be subject to a formal ID check, multiple reference checks, enhanced DBS checks, and will have personally met me either in person or via a video call. Most of our nannies will also hold a first aid certificate and other relevant qualifications.

Having been a nanny myself for several years working in several different roles in varying capacities across London. I have naturally acquired a vast network of incredible nannies who I have met through the job. A lot of the nannies I place with my clients are the incredible individuals I have met and even had the pleasure to work alongside throughout the years. Furthermore, I receive a lot of recommendations from these nannies and so on. Thus, O & Me’s nannies mainly come from a word of mouth and referral basis but of course I am also well adept at stepping outside of my usual network and scouting out the market to find that perfect nanny that fits all your family’s needs.

We always try our utmost best to find the most suitable match for both the nanny and the family. However, sometimes things may not always work out. In the unlikely event that this should occur, O & Me offer a rebate period and will ensure to find a suitable replacement candidate free of charge. If a replacement cannot be found within four weeks, then O & Me will offer a partial refund. All of this is explained in greater detail on our Terms & Conditions which we will of course happily send to you to review if you are interested in working with us to help you in your search.
